Through primary research, we investigate why people behave the way they behave. What triggers their behavior? What are the barriers to change?
We deal with complex issues and trends that affect society as a whole. We focus on areas which can pose a possible challenge to society or individuals, and we believe that these areas (e.g. health, age, gambling) are crucial for both nonprofit and the commercial sectors.
We are deeply dedicated to these issues. As we apply in our analyses social science theories as well as the experience and knowledge acquired in other fields, we bring unique and valuable insights to these key areas of our social life.
We solve practical problems by applying the principles of academic research to them. We use sociological and anthropological theories and the theory of consumer behavior to thoroughly explore the problem and to find the best solution for the given project.

The Center for Social Marketing provides services for both, commercial and non-profit sectors, or the government. We are here for all organizations that encounter social problems. Based on our knowledge of these topics we can offer solutions that work. CSM can provide its partners support during all stages of social-marketing program planning, cause-related marketing campaigns, socially-oriented communications campaigns or CSR, including:

● qualitative research that generates valuable insights,
● quantitative research that examines these insights for specific consumer group,
